Beef Bacon & Ribeyes!

We have a new kid on the block - beef bacon! Isn’t it beautiful?

It makes for a nice breakfast option, adding variety to your menu. There are only a few packages are available, and I’m sure they’ll be gone soon. This is our first attempt. I think we would like to make our next batch reflect a little sweetness, and maybe a little more smoke, but this is a good start. Let us know what you think!


Wagyu Beef Bacon

Weise Farms wagyu beef bacon is thick sliced and comes in one pound packages. It fries up a little different than pork bacon. I has a texture that is more like ham. It comes from the same place as pork belly, the navel. This is just another way to use up more of the whole animal.


For those who cannot eat pork for various reasons like gout, or religious reasons, this is something to consider. If the product is out of stock, click the heart icon next to the product to give us feedback if this is something you'd like to try.




Ribeyes are back in stock, but they won't last long. So if you've been waiting, jump on it quick. They can sit in your freezer for your next grilling day, or they will sit in someone else's. This is one from our latest harvest and we are thrilled with the marbling.

Weise Farms Wagyu Beef Filet Mignon

OMG! That filet was amazing. Coarse salt and pepper crusted, wrapped in bacon, seared in a smoking hot cast iron skillet, flipped and  finished in a 500 degree oven. Killer!
