Supporting our Local Heroes

Today is all about community—and the people who show up when it matters most.

Weise Farms is proud to support the South Lee County Volunteer Fire Department at their BBQ Fundraiser and Auction happening this afternoon at the Serbin Picnic Grounds.

These incredible volunteers are our local heroes - the ones who drop everything when someone is in need. They don’t do it for recognition—they do it because they care.

Our Wagyu Beef Donation

To show our appreciation, we’ve donated two Wagyu beef packages to their auction:

• 🥩 A Full Wagyu Brisket—perfect for the pitmaster in your life

• 🥩 A Premium Wagyu Sampler Box including:

  • 1 Wagyu Ribeye

  • 1 Wagyu New York Strip

  • 2 Wagyu Filet Mignons

  • 1 Wagyu Sirloin

  • 2 Tenderized Wagyu Beef Cutlets

  • 1 lb Wagyu Beef Bacon

  • 1 lb Wagyu Ground Beef

  • 1 lb Marbled Wagyu Stew Meat

We hope these items bring in some bids for a great cause—but honestly, the lineup of auction items today is so impressive that ours feel modest in comparison. This community has come together in such a generous way, and it’s truly inspiring to see.

Get Excited! We're Offering Shipping Again!!!! 

A huge shout out and Thank You to Elstner's Meat Processing in Weimar, Texas for offering to ship our beef all over the Untied States. They do this all the time, and we are very happy to offer our friends across the USA beef from Weise Farms. The setup of this is still in the works, and we don't even know what to expect, but we have already had our first order and it will be shipped to Mt. Vernon, Ohio!  Look for a lot more information in another blog post coming soon. But it is available right now, so please feel free to send birthday gifts or place an order for yourself.
