You've been hearing us talk about it. Today it's here!

The Weise Farms Complete Wagyu Meal Deal from Serbin Texas is here! We can't wait to share it with you!
The Weise Farms Complete Wagyu Meal Deal is here! We can't wait to share it with you!

The garden is producing, the Wagyu is ready, and we are so excited to finally put this in your hands. This is something we have dreamed about for a long time — bringing you more than just beef. Bringing you a real, farm-fresh meal from one place you already trust.

And because you're on our email list, you get first access.

What's Inside the Weise Farms Wagyu Meal Deal

The Wagyu & Garden Meal Deal ($30) brings together around a pound of our Weise Farms Wagyu beef cutlets and whatever's growing fresh in our garden at the time. As the season rolls on, the vegetables change — because that's how a real garden works. You never know exactly what's coming in, and honestly, that's half the fun.

But the Wagyu? That's always the same. Pure. Farm-raised. No hormones, no antibiotics, no mystery. Just delicious flavor that Wagyu is known for, raised right here in Serbin, Texas on our farm.

Feeds 2–3 people. Order as many as you need.

This is Texas — We Know How to Cook

Fry those vegetables golden brown in a cast iron skillet. Or toss them into a bubbling casserole. Roast them right alongside your Wagyu smothered cutlets. However you cook it, you already know what to do — because this is Texas and we know how to eat.

Want More? Meet the Farmhouse Bundle

The Farmhouse Bundle ($50). Everything in the Meal Deal, plus a selection of Weise Farms extras from our farm — extras could include our slow-rendered Wagyu Beef Tallow, homemade noodles, farm fresh eggs, homemade pickles, jelly, biscuit mix, and more, depending on what we've made and what the farm has going at the time. Every bundle is a little different. Every bundle is a little wonderful.

It's the taste of a real Texas farm, packed up just for your family.

Here's the Catch

This is only available May 1–20. While supplies last. You're getting first access because you're part of our email family — and we appreciate you more than you know.

Why May 20? Because I am going on vacation May 23 and I've got some packing to do! 😄

So don't wait. The garden is growing, the Wagyu is ready, and the deadline is real.

Weise Farms Wagyu Beef Filet Mignon

OMG! That filet was amazing. Coarse salt and pepper crusted, wrapped in bacon, seared in a smoking hot cast iron skillet, flipped and  finished in a 500 degree oven. Killer!

We had a couple of friends over Saturday and I served them Weise Farms wagyu smoked beef ribs. They melted in your mouth!! The flavor was rich and creamy.
