Weise Farms Featured in Texas Wagyu Association Member Spotlight

We are excited to share that Weise Farms has been featured in the Texas Wagyu Association Member Spotlight! This recognition means so much to us, and we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us and continues to support us along this incredible journey.

A Journey of Passion and Dedication

At Weise Farms, our mission has always been clear: to raise high-quality Wagyu beef and offer other good foods while maintaining sustainable farming practices. We started this journey with a love for farming and ranching and a commitment to excellence. Being recognized by the Texas Wagyu Association highlights not just our hard work, but also the community around us.

Listening to the stories of our customers and fellow farmers who inspire us to continue pushing boundaries and improving our practices. It's a true honor to be part of a network that values quality and integrity, just as we do.

Gratitude to those who support Weise Farms

We would not be doing what we do without the support of our family, friends, and customers who send us messages of support, say "Thank You" when we donate to local schools and organizations in the community, share our social media posts and enjoy our wagyu beef. You encourage us every single day. Thank you. We deeply appreciate your trust.

Every cut of Wagyu beef we produce represents our commitment to quality, and your continued support allows us to bring that to your tables. We are honored to share this with all of you, our loyal customers and the local community. You are our "why." You keep us pressing onward.

Bringing the Community Together

Our journey is not just about the cattle; it includes the people we meet and the relationships we build. As a farm deeply rooted in Serbin, Texas, we believe in the importance of connecting with our community. We work hard to ensure that our practices benefit both animals and people.

These interactions have been incredibly rewarding and serve as a reminder of why we do what we do. Being featured in this spotlight reinforces the idea that we are all part of this agricultural tapestry, working together to elevate the quality of food and farming in Texas.

Weise Farms Wagyu Beef Filet Mignon

OMG! That filet was amazing. Coarse salt and pepper crusted, wrapped in bacon, seared in a smoking hot cast iron skillet, flipped and  finished in a 500 degree oven. Killer!

We had a couple of friends over Saturday and I served them Weise Farms wagyu smoked beef ribs. They melted in your mouth!! The flavor was rich and creamy.
