Mud, Sweat & Cheers Our place in Warda, affectionately known as "The Pietsch Place," is where we take our Wagyu calves when we wean them off their mothers. Recently, we were thankful for some much-needed rain, but we noticed that the main tank was very low and had been taken over by American Lotus plants, leaving little water for the calves. Over time, the water in the tank becomes filled with mud and silt, and this particular tank is over 50 years old.

Dumped, Found, Loved on Weise Farms

How Pepper and Peaches found Weise Farms- an unexpected, unforgettable visit that reminded us how small moments of kindness can change lives. Dustin — our son-in-law, spotted two Australian Cattle Dogs on the side of the country road. One was a blue heeler and the other a red heeler. Somehow, they found their way to where he was working — about a mile away from where he first saw them. They were skin and bones, ribs showing. He fed them a whole bag of dog treats
