Our beef is born and raised right here on the pastures of Weise Farms. They never leave our care.
We never use of hormones, antibiotics or steroids in any of our beef, and they live a very happy life.
 
Grassfed wagyu will typically weigh around 300 pounds hanging weight (give or take 100 pounds). The cost is $7.50 per pound hanging weight. Standard processing is included. Please note: Grassfed steaks are smaller than grain fed wagyu beef. 
 
Once the hanging weight is determined we will call you with a total and subtract your deposit from that amount. The balance is due at that time.
