Have you tried chicken fried steak from our Wagyu beef? If you haven't, you should! This is how we make it. It all starts with Weise Farms cutlets, just $15. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste. Dredge in flour that has also been lightly seasoned with salt & pepper. We do this to make sure every layer is full of flavor. Dip the flour-dredged cutlets in heavy cream, and then back into the flour. Place the breaded steaks on a wire rack and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, up to a few hours. This cooling time will help the layers of breading ingredients solidify and adhere better. Take it out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you are ready to fry it using our homemade Wagyu beef tallow. We think you’ll love it!
