Place a deposit on a side of our pasture-raised, grass-fed, grain-finished Pureblood Wagyu beef. At checkout, select "Local Pickup."

Our beef is born and raised right here on Weise Farms’ Texas pastures, and they never leave our care. We do not use hormones, antibiotics, or steroids—all our cattle enjoy a happy, stress-free life.

Bulk beef is sold by hanging weight, typically between 400–500 lbs, at $9.50/lb for purebloods. Processing costs are included. Once the hanging weight is determined, we’ll call with your total, subtract your deposit, and the remaining balance is due at that time.

Your beef will be available for pickup directly from the processor in 14–21 days after harvest.

Weise Farms Wagyu Beef Filet Mignon

OMG! That filet was amazing. Coarse salt and pepper crusted, wrapped in bacon, seared in a smoking hot cast iron skillet, flipped and  finished in a 500 degree oven. Killer!
