Raised on Weise Farms’ Texas pastures, they never leave our care. No hormones, antibiotics, or steroids—our cattle enjoy a stress-free life. Sold by hanging weight, 400–500 lbs, at $7.50/lb, including processing. After harvest, we’ll invoice you with the balance due.

Weise Farms Wagyu Beef Filet Mignon

OMG! That filet was amazing. Coarse salt and pepper crusted, wrapped in bacon, seared in a smoking hot cast iron skillet, flipped and  finished in a 500 degree oven. Killer!
