Our beef is born and raised right here on the pastures of Weise Farms. They never leave our care.

We never use hormones, antibiotics or steroids in any of our grain finished beef, and they live a very happy life.

Bulk beef is sold by hanging weight with sides generally weighing between 400-500 lbs with pureblood priced at $9.50/lb. The cost of standard processing is included.

Once the hanging weight is determined we will call you with a total and subtract your deposit from that amount. The balance is due at that time. The cost of standard processing is included.

Your beef will be available for pickup directly from the processor in 14-21 days after harvest.

Weise Farms Wagyu Beef Filet Mignon

OMG! That filet was amazing. Coarse salt and pepper crusted, wrapped in bacon, seared in a smoking hot cast iron skillet, flipped and  finished in a 500 degree oven. Killer!

— Mary J.

We had a couple of friends over Saturday and I served them Weise Farms wagyu smoked beef ribs. They melted in your mouth!! The flavor was rich and creamy.
